Red Russian Kale - This delicious grey-green kale is pretty enough to plant as a flower.  Very large leaves that retain water in the sweet, yet flavorful and tender taste.  Great when steamed, stir-fried, or in salads. Retains its sweetness during warm weather and turns deep purple in cold temperatures.  Simply beautiful!
