Garden Sage - Very robust and high yielding plant with the highest essential oil content of 1.5 - 2.0%
When cooking with Sage - Add early in the cooking process rather than later like most herbs due to its strong flavor and aroma. Most commonly used in vegetable, chicken, turkey, and pasta dishes.
Planting: Mid spring after last frost or late summer. Ideal soil should be between 55 -75ºF in full sun.
